Murakami missing

Haruki Murakami 村上春樹是我最喜歡的artist。

不管我多麼愛電影，多麼喜愛Tarkovsky、多麼喜愛
Bela Tarr、或者Wes Anderson、Wim Wenders
、Godard or Iwai Shunji...多喜愛Jim Jarmusch，都
比不上我對村上春樹的崇拜，縱使他不是filmmaker
，但是看他的小說帶給我的感動比任何一部電影都還
要強烈，我認為他是本世紀最偉大的writer。

現在村上春樹在台灣跟十年前比已經沒那麼熱了，想
想十年前人手必有一本春上村樹，即使並不是每個人
都看得懂，但村上春樹被當做一種現象來研究，不過
不管他紅還是不紅，老了，晚期作品的評價沒那麼高
了，他仍是我心中的great writer。

在紐約的時候，有一次村上春樹到Union Square的
Barnes &Nobel辦簽書會，我並沒有排隊簽名，原因
是我實在不是什麼追星族，要到一只簽名比不上看他
一篇短文來得興奮，不過我還是來目睹他的風采。近
距離看他，他就好像一個日本的歐吉桑，只是多了一
點氣質，有點像吳念真那樣的感覺，朋友幫我照了一
張像，以我為前景他當背景的那張照片，被帶回加拿
大沖洗，然後朋友跟我說，"Lee-Yun is missng
in the picture... blur in the foreground....."....well
....I guess....我跟小村無緣啦！

Anyways，他現在住在波士頓，不知道他會不會變成
紅襪迷，呵～

很棒、很淺顯，但又很有深度的文章。

By the way, he decided to be a novelist
when he was already 29.....good....well...I still
have a writer's dream,and it is not too late and
I don't have to be a great writer,I only want to
be a small small writer,soI guess it is not too
late to begin with .....ha...I am kidding,it is kind
of late and I am lazy...
